Are you in immediate danger?
Call 911 if you or someone else is in immediate danger.
For non-emergency police assistance, contact the local police service. This site's Quick Exit opens the Environment Canada weather website, but it does not clear browser history.
VictimLinkBC
Call or text 1-800-563-0808, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
VictimLinkBC provides confidential information and referrals to community, social, health, justice and government resources. It can connect callers with interpretation support and local victim services.
Victim service programs
Community-based and police-based victim service programs can provide information, emotional support, court-related support, safety planning and referrals. A worker may also help you complete a CVAP application.
Counselling and other treatment
If CVAP has authorized counselling or another service, confirm the provider meets current requirements and that the service is approved before relying on payment. For general health needs, contact a health professional or 811 in British Columbia.
